Monday Menu Weight Watchers Butterfingers Dessert~

Weight Watchers Butterfingers dessert~

Well my friends, on Sunday I made this weight watchers Butterfingers dessert. The family didn't believe it was a low-fat dessert, but according to weight watchers it is!!
It was also one of the most easiest recipes ever!

Let me start with the creamy filling. That my friends was made from a one box of Low fat Butterscotch pudding mixed with 1 1/2 cup of skim milk. Beat that together until the pudding thickens.
Add 2 cups of low fat calorie wise cool whip, blend in until mixed thoroughly. The cake mixture is just your basic Angel food cake.
So tear apart the cake, into bite size pieces and put a layer in the bottom of your chosen dish. Then add a layer of the butterscotch/cool whip mixture, then top with broken pieces of the small Butterfinger candy bars. You will need about eight of those, repeat the layers and finish off with the chocolate bars.

Honestly this recipe is so easy and was really good. The whole family enjoyed it!
Well my lovelies, its been a busy day. This week is busy, plus I am getting Kailey ready for University so we are out this week looking for stuff she will need.
So, with that said its short and sweet tonight,
good night and god bless~ xo
