Basement done!!

YES!!! The floor is in, just have to do the baseboards and trim! It looks wonderful, I am madly in love with my basement and I am looking forward to spending countless hours entertaining down there...especially our famous family movie nights! I am thinking of doing a girls night chick flick...I mean whats a bit of chocolate, popcorn and wine gonna hurt? Sounds fun right?? I need to get a few things done, then we'll plan something soon! I added some pictures of the flooring, I will be honest though the flooring that I truly wanted was much darker, I did want a nice rich dark wood floor. However after much thought and discussion I found one compariable that I love.

Actually we are very pleased with the outcome, I can't wait to have it finished and functional...hopefully with some sort of bar with a microwave and mini fridge! We have waited a long time for this day to come, and we are almost there! Other than that, Kailey is moving into her new bedroom this weekend, so exciting....she has big plans for her new room, I know her friends are excited too. Braden has his playoff game this weekend, the whole family is going to watch then coming back here for mother's day celebrations! Well better go my friends, Wishing Emily all the best with her confirmation, and thanks for baptizing Kailey on the weekend, god knows she needed it!!
