Ouch that gotta hurt!!
I really don't feel like blogging tonight, this will be short and sweet. This evening a very close friend of Kailey's hurt herself very seriously during a game of basketball. Unfortunately she had an accident on the court and it may have resulted in a fractured knee cap or even possibly a dislocated knee. This has caused a disastrous halt in her life. There are many many exciting events coming up in the next couple weeks that she may misersbly miss due to her injury. We will remain optimistic, and pray for the best. There has still not been a diagnosis and so therefore there is still hope. If the worst case scenerio happens and our little superstar is not able to play in her sports events then yes we will all be heartbroken. There is no way to make the situation better, but I will be the first to put her life situation in persepective and remind her that she is blessed enough to still have the ability to walk. This situation is only temporary and she will be in top shape come tryouts for next season!! My heart breaks for her, this has definately been a tough year for her, its not fair...she is a fabulous, wonderful, beautifully high spirited chickie who we all love! You are not alone, we are all here with you and we will get you through this together...hang in there and let's hope for the best and continue to stay positive. We know that this is disasterous for you, and if you are unable to play for the rest of the season that will be very unfortunate. I am not going to minimize or downplay the pain and frustration you must be feeling, however your recovery is the most important element for you to focus on, there is no room for sadness or depression. You are a strong girl, and you will get better, stronger and more powerful by the end of this journey! We love you lots..and you are an inspiration to many many people!
CAN YOU DO THIS??...YES YOU CAN!!! xoxox

If your glass has ever been half empty, I haven't seen it. All you ever show us is the one that's half full.
