Still No Facebook
Well so far I have held true to myself and my personal goal! I have not returned to facebook and I haven't felt the need too. It is very hard, I do miss keeping in touch with my family and friends. My New Years Resolution is going well, Paul and I are still kissing more during the day..its been great!
I am very glad that this weekend is over, it was an emotional rollercoaster. We had some high moments in our ringette games and some very low moments. We had no wins, and there really are no excuses, these girls are capable of beating the teams they played. I do understand its not always about winning, but it was clear that they didn't even play the best that they could and that is what is so frustrating. We will push through this weekend and let it go. Its a new game next weekend and we will come prepared. Wish us luck!
Tonight we had my parents, Katie and Ethan over for dinner. It was nice to spend time with my nephew, he is so funny. I need to get into the habit of blogging earlier in the day because by the time I sit down to blog, I am usually exhausted and can't think of much to say..so starting tomorrow I am going to blog earlier.
Good night & sweet dreams!!

I think once u leave facebook and do something else you wont miss it, other then seeing what family and friends say far away but email can be sued for that even a phone call once in awhile. I have backed of facebook too, it takes over and nothing ever gets done. My goal is to leave it as well. I talk to the people I am close to outside facebook so thats not a problem for me leaving. I am glad to see you guys are still kissing more lol, very nice to see :) To bad about the girls tournament, you are right when they communicate and play together they can do anything like coming back from losing 3 nothing and tying it. But once they tired it then they just stopped working. To bad, hope they can come out with a win soon.
ReplyDeleteSounds like dinner was fun, ethan sure does have a sence of humor and he is an adorable kid! Take care

Hooray for daily kisses! :) haha!
ReplyDeleteLOL, hooray for kisses!! Thanks Spencer..lol
ReplyDeleteHey Candy, glad to hear that you are cutting back too on facebook! Yes, its addicting and when you are home full time it is easy to get wrapped up into it, but the time flies by and nothing gets done! Anyways, you should consider blogging, it has helped with so many things. You don't have to be a daily blogger even once in awhile. Its a great place to think out loud or put down thoughts or even just brag about your kids!! LOL, thats my favorite thing to do! It has helped me already with keeping things in perspective, remembering whats important and just being happy with the life i have...which thankfully is easy to do! I read through some other peoples blogs and love to hear about their lives, some have very similar life situations as mine! Its amazing to hear them say the exact same words that i myself have said in certain situations..i don't know, just think about it!! I love it! Thanks for all your comments..i love to hear what you have to say! Keep in touch, see you Wednesday for lunch! xoxo
