Saturday night we celebrated my cousin's 40th birthday. What a great celebration it was. It was a surprise party, at a hall with a DJ..great food and lots of awesome people. My cousin and I, as far as cousins go are fairly close. We have had the opportunity to celebrate many holidays together. We may not speak daily, monthly for that matter but I always know she's there. I too am always here if she needs me. I love her to pieces.
I admire her, she is such a strongly motivated woman. She is admired by many whom love her greatly. She is the type of person that if you ever needed her, she would be there in a heart beat. She would never leave a friend behind and would fiercely protect anyone who she calls family.
She is one of the funniest girls I know, and is always looking to share in a good laugh..sometimes at your own expense :)
As children we saw eachother a lot more. We would have sleepovers a lot, and I had the privilege of travelling with her. We camped a lot, twirled paton's together and I loved watching her color guard shows. When I look back over the years I couldn't have had a better cousin. Happy birthday TL...I love you girl~
The end of the night where TL makes her wish and blows out the candles.. Below I wanted to share a quick little easter dessert recipe..easy to follow, directions below |
Mix Blue Jello and then fill in jars, let cool (follow the directions on the box) |
I chose these cute little jars, I just think everything looks better in a jar ;)
Take your cool whip and add blue food coloring...easy peasy. |
I used an icing piping bag and to add the blue cool whip onto the jello |
Voila...dessert finished and so kid friendly..its a cheap, cost efficient absolutely adorable dessert. Enjoy friends~
On a side note, you could totally make this your own. Make it into your very own celebration..birthday party ideas with different color jello and candy toppers. Skies the limit friends~
Until tomorrow good night and god bless~
