Our Long weekend..

Well my friends, I really didn't pick my camera up much at all this weekend. I was hoping to get pictures of the Martz's family football game on Sunday when we were up at Paul's brother Dave's farm! That didn't happen, all I got were these...

Yep, I tortured Ollie with one of his halloween costumes in Dave's barn.


Of course I took a picture of the roosters! It is so funny how I didn't take one picture of any of my niece's or nephew,brother or sister-in-laws but i took a picture of the 3 roosters?? Seriously? What was I thinking? Anyways, once again Thanksgiving on the farm was wonderful. Dinner was amazing, all the kids are growing up so much, its nice to hear all about their future plans and how they are all managing out in their colleges and universities. I promised my one niece that we would do apple martini's sometime at one of our get togethers. So, I brought everything down to the farm, including the sour gummy worms. I was surprised that even my one brother in law's joined in on the apple martini event and enjoyed one with us women. They were really good and hit the spot...I then promised we would do candy cane martini's at christmas time!
Over all, once again it was a wonderful holiday spent with those I love.
My house was another story...let me tell you our dinners are always filled with laughter!! We didn't stop laughing, it was wonderful. We are a small family but we know how to have a good time! Here are a few pictures of tonights dinner...


Yes I have shorts on...they are hard to see but they are there! I don't know what's going on with me..I can't seem to come to terms with winter? I keep wearing my shorts, they are just plain comfortable!

The dinner table, I didn't go fancy this year..with being at Dave and Char's farm, I just couldn't pull it all together! It certainly didn't change how the food tasted, it was pretty darn good! Thanks mom for cooking the turkey and ham, it was so nice to not have all the work this year!!
