A few things around the house..

Tonight you are getting odd's and sod's of things around the house. First off, I start my day with turning on the fireplace...which I must say Ollie absolutely loves!


He gets so chilly in the morning, after he goes outside for a pee he runs back in and lie's down infront of the fireplace. I love seeing him cozy and comfortable!
I forgot to mention that at my Thanksgiving dinner I put out a new appetizer for everyone to try and even my cousin who has the taste pallet of a 2 year old...loved it!! This thanksgiving I am thankful that my cousin is trying new foods and branching out in her food choices! Way to go TL!!
Here is a picture of the appetizer which does not have a name, Paul and I were shopping and taste tested this appetizer...we both enjoyed it!


Its an easy recipe...Brie cheese on crackers with Plum sauce. Its a nice variation of taste. Plum sauce doesn't sound wonderful but if TL liked it...you will!!!
Tonight Paul went to meet the teacher to see Kailey's teacher's. WOW, was I surprised!! She is doing amazingly! The best she has ever done, sporting 3 classes in the 90's percentile. WAY TO GO!! I know that come second term usually grades go down, we expect that. But I will admit with Kailey being so busy with ringette I was worried she would suffer with her grades! So far so good...she even has the second highest mark in gym class! The teacher said that she is a fantastic athlete and wishes she would come out for school sports. Paul told her that once Kailey is more comfortable balancing school, homework,ringette,training and social life...she will be ready to join some more sports! In time, no need to rush. For know, I am very happy with both kids and their education. Paul didn't see any of Braden's teacher's as he is doing fabulous and is in grade 12, if we have any concerns we can call them. Besides we are always talking with the school regarding Braden and his needs. I expect things will change as the school year progresses...but, right now..I will brag!!
I am not going to do Wednesday's Reflection today...I will do that tomorrow! I am too tired and lazy to go upstairs and find a picture to scan and then post! My apologies! Good night my friends and god bless!!
